Our standing rib roast is a show-stopping holiday classic—beautifully marbled, deeply flavorful, and celebrated for its dramatic, traditional look at the table. For ease of carving after cooking, we typically remove the rib bones and tie them back on, giving you all the flavor and visual appeal of a bone-in roast with the convenience of boneless slicing. If you prefer the ribs left fully attached, simply note that in the order comments and we’ll prepare it your way.
