If you prefer your roast not tied, simply add a note in the order comments and we’ll prepare it to your preference.
This is an ideal choice for feeding a crowd during the holidays: plan on 8–10 oz. per person. A 3–4 lb roast typically serves 5–6 people, with larger roasts comfortably serving 8–10, depending on the thickness of your slices and sides served.
