Inspired by classic Texas hot links, they bring serious peppery heat from cayenne, crushed red pepper, and smoked hot paprika, with mustard seed, fennel, coriander, thyme, beer, and apple cider vinegar for depth and tang. A great sausage for the smoker, grill, or barbecue plate with pickles, onions, white bread, beans, or slaw. Sold frozen in packs of 3 links, 1 lb avg.
