An Italian red from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, led by Nerello Mascalese with a small portion of local varieties. Lifted and mineral-driven, with cherry, raspberry, wild herbs, pepper, cold smoke, and fine tannins; pairs well with roast pork, lamb, mushrooms, grilled sausages, aged pecorino, and eggplant.
